All of us have heard about the law of attraction, and how people have been able to achieve all that they desired just by visualising their goals. We all have dreams, and we want to manifest all our dreams. We start using the Law of Attraction to manifest them. However, the Law of Attraction doesn't work like a magic wand for everyone all the time. The primary reason for this is our layers of beliefs that limit us, fears, and blocks that develop over a period of time and hold us back from manifesting our dreams.


The truth is it is not as easy as we would like to imagine it to be. Nothing changes overnight. Therefore, we need to design a system and habits that help us to change those beliefs, fears etc. into a positive mindset that can help us achieve what we actually want to manifest.

Here are the few empowering habits that can change your life and help you to manifest your dreams:


BE AWARE of the flow of your thoughts, because where your thought goes energy flows. So please check, are you focusing more on negative things or positive things? Start noticing the flow of your thoughts, and be in a state of awareness. It is going to be the starting point of your manifesting journey. This focus and awareness will let you know what is holding you back.


KEEP YOUR BODY HEALTHY: We have always heard that a healthy mind resides in a healthy body, a good routine, healthy eating, and proper sleeping patterns not only keep our body active and functioning but also keep anxiety and negative thoughts away from our system, hence increasing the chance of positive and faster manifestation of our desires.


FIND TIME AND WILL TO MEDITATE: Meditation brings a sense of calmness to the mind, and when the mind is free of all the unnecessary chaos we are able to focus and act on our goal manifestation. Meditation gives us a clear idea of what is good for us and helps in taking the right decisions, and most importantly you will be able to focus on your goals.


ALWAYS BE GRATEFUL: Gratitude practice is one of the simplest ways to raise your vibration. It automatically puts you in the 'feel-good' vibration. It makes you humble; it helps you to believe in the divine plan for your highest good and yet helps you strive to do things that will work best for you. Gratitude brings acceptance of everything around us.


LIST YOUR PRIORITIES AND VISUALISE YOUR GOALS: You must have a list of goals with the reason why you want to pursue each goal in the list. Visualize your goals as if you have already achieved them. Bring your vibration and state of mind to that zone of happiness as if your goal has been achieved. Visualisation helps in the clarity of thought and action. Feel deserving as it is the most important among all. You must feel worthy and

deserving of your goals. It will make you focus on putting all your efforts to achieve your goals.
