#1:  Physical Sensations During & After Reiki

Everybody receives Reiki differently. There is no “one correct reaction.” Your system responds based on your stress load, emotional history, and energy blockages.

Common physical sensations include:

  • Warmth or heat in specific body areas

  • Tingling or gentle vibration

  • Heaviness or deep relaxation

  • Lightness or floating sensation

  • Sudden sleepiness

  • Deep yawning during or after the session

Clients often expect instant miracles. Sometimes they happen. Often, healing unfolds in layers.

General guideline I share with my clients:

For stress & emotional balance:→ 3–4 sessions

For deep emotional trauma or chronic patterns:→ 6–10 sessions

For spiritual growth & energy maintenance:→ Monthly or bi-monthly sessions

For acute situations:→ Consecutive sessions over a few days can help
